    Training and Development Specialist Role
    Overview of the Position:

    The Training and Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence by fostering employee competencies, performance, and company culture.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant training requirements and standards by designing, coordinating, and evaluating development programs that meet organizational needs.
    • Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan in alignment with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring seamless execution and effective tracking.
    • Coordinate mandatory training sessions on critical topics such as safety, quality, environmental management, leadership, and technical skills.
    • Administer internal and external training initiatives, maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
    • Manage relationships with external training vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual and quality standards while fostering collaboration.
    • Participate in audits and provide evidence of legal compliance regarding training matters.
    • Support the performance management process by executing evaluations, feedback, and individual development plans with precision and attention to detail.
    • Implement and monitor succession and talent development plans in collaboration with HR professionals and department leaders.
    • Identify high-potential employees and create customized career paths and development strategies to maximize their potential.
    • Deliver impactful leadership trainings and other employee development programs across LATAM locations as required.
    • Analyze talent, performance, and turnover metrics to inform development and retention strategies that drive business results.
    • Collaborate on organizational culture, engagement, and climate initiatives to create a positive work environment.
    • Design and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives that enhance productivity and employee well-being.
    • Provide expert support for organizational assessments, competency evaluations, and follow-up action plans.
    • Emphasize a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
