We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
HR Contact Support Specialist.**Role Purpose:Adequately address, resolve and execute the requests, doubts, complaints, problems and/or suggestions of internal and external HR clients in relation to HR processes, always under the guidelines and policies of the bank, in order to have the best resources and provide a better service.

Identify and manage improvement projects that are related to the Human Resources operation until its implementation and execution in production


Key Responsibilities:
Business Impact

・ Address all related system requests for performance management, vacations, and HR process and policy questions through a Service Now case, personalized HR phone-based care.
・ Follow-up to compliance with the vacation policy
・ Develop projects that involve optimizing daily operation resulting in cost reductions, continuous improvement. These projects may be to the current HR systems you use for your operation, but they may also be improvements to current processes not typical of a system. Improvements to the service for users.
・ Give excellence to internal and external users.
Requirements

Knowledge & Experience
