    Danfoss is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Compensation & Benefits Manager, who is seeking new opportunities in a global environment. You will monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives, that will have the greatest impact on the overall performance of the business across the LAM region.

    Job Responsibilities


    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

    • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan.
    • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
    • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
    • Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).
    • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on business needs.
    • Perform job analyses and classifications.
    • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
    • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
    • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
    • Manage the budget for Human Resources.

    • Relevant university degree with focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) is required, and preferable with a Finance background within a global, industrial environment.
    • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits management.
    • Hands-on experience with HRIS and Total Rewards Survey.
    • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
    • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with labor legislation.
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
