The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge and professional experience in games test automation with Unreal Engine, and test framework development, great interpersonal skills and Python and AWS proficiency.

What You Will Do Develop tools/solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivityIntegrate new solutions with existing tools and pipelinesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in C#/C++Debugging C# and C++code in the context of UnrealEngine Automation solutions to find the root cause and fix the issuesDevelop, maintain, and improve the automation solutions/tools/frameworksIntegrate tools/Automation solutions to CI Systems and be able to debug themContribute to the overall technical vision of the teamInstrumentproduct code to improve its testability.
MentorTAE, Sr TAE at Lionbridge Games.Remain current on software testing best practices and industry trends.
Monitor software to detect and root cause code errors.
Work in partnership with Client's internal QA and Dev teams.
To Be Successful You Will Have 3+ years of Tools and Automation development experiencein desktop/console gaming environments or in a similar roleExperience with Unreal Engine game development (3+ years) and CI/Build systemsExpert code debugging skills in C++ and C#Experience with SQL/NoSQL databasesStrong sense of ownership and responsibilityAbility to move forward on your own in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAdept with version control concepts.
Ideally experienced using PerforceBasic understanding of at least 1 Command Line Interface (Cmd, Powershell, etc)Fluent English.Experience in algorithms and data structures. Competence within Unit Testing.
Experience with bug tracking tools.
Attention to detail.
Highly developed technical communicationExperience with QA processes, test scope requirements and testing method.
Not Required But Would Be An Asset. Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Professional coding experience in other programming language.
Major consoles devkits experience.
Experience in game development lifecycle.
