You will be working directly with the senior members and the firm partners on your day to day.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree, experience with office administration responsibilities, English 80% must speak fluently.


Location:
Mexico City, Torre Virreyes (Lomas de Chapultepec).


Starting Date:

The Opportunity

The work will take place at our Mexico City office, where you will help us with the following tasks:

Manage CEO ́s calendar and set up meetings.

Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.

Supervise office operations and procedures being the direct contact person with IOS team.

Manage meeting rooms reservations.

Help with invoices processing.

Receiving and sending parcels and correspondence.

Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.


Attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and efficient time management are all qualities which will contribute to your success in this position.

The expectation is that you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, get things done and take ownership of projects with responsibility and accountability.

Being a good communicator, with well-developed verbal and written skills in Spanish and English as well as affinity and prior experience in office management tasks is a must.
