The objective of this role is to support the launch of the Respiratory Syncytial Virus vaccine, through the development of different marketing activities, such as coordinating operational and administrative activities key for the brand promotional strategy, leading a flawless implementation and monitoring of activation promotional programs and activities related with product launch Plans in the vaccines team, among others.

_ Your Responsibilities:
_This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

Internal stakeholder engagement to ensure launch project follow up (meetings setup, minutes, action logs, project update)
Endtoend content creation & management process (including copyapproval) up to golive/execution.
HCP/HCO internal process management (DD/CoI/Set up in system)
Promo events internal process management
Paid Speaker program follow up
Launch readiness workshops support (content, materials, bookings)
Agencies/Suppliers main point of contact
Any other key activity that supports launch execution.

_Basic Qualifications:
_ We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related careers.
3+ years of experience in Marketing or Project Management Experience
Advanced English Level.
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Ability to follow up and coordinate multiple streamlines
Structured and organized
Communication skills to manage different level of stakeholders
Result oriented & high accountability

_ Preferred Qualifications:
_ However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

Pharmaceutical industry experience.
Knowledge of Pharma regulatory process
