-MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Quality Policy and procedures are implemented to provide the quality product that meets design parameters in the process.

  • Provide leadership for process control.
  • Problem solving with internal customers.
  • Support the corrective action system (Internal and external)
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing engineering and manufacturing operations regarding quality of product and his function with the design.
  • Quality gage requiremen for processes.
  • Leadership to QC engineers and technicians.
  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing in capacity studies and gage R&R,
  • Any other dutties or responsabilities assigned by the department supervisor.
  • Perform activities related to safety.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Industrial Eng, electrical or Manufacturing.
  • Bilingual 80%.
  • Experience in Quality Control.
  • Strong analytical and focused on problem solving.
  • GD&T, 2D Drawings interpretation.
  • PPAP
  • Travel availability,
  • Statistical Techniques.
  • Computer literate (Excel, SAP desired).
  • Good Judgement.
  • Good comunication Skills.
  • Experience at Incoming processes.
