    What will you do?

    1. To lead and manage blue-collar packing and shipping team with discipline and following the internal work rules aligned with EHS, CT-PAT, and the packing & shipping guidelines.
    2. To lead the packing process assuring the timely packing execution and quality protection of goods.
    3. To lead the shipping process assuring the timely and accurate loading in transportation to meet on-time deliveries to the customers.
    4. Ensure the correct reception process of goods, accessories, warranties, and ship shorts assuring the effective control registry to perform timely the respective shipment.
    5. To update timely the weights and dimensions in the respective control report for the finish goods, accessories, warranties, ship shorts, or any other related material to be shipped.
    6. To coordinate timely transportation for loading and assure it's properly loaded according to the EHS, CT-PAT, and packing and shipping guidelines.
    7. To ensure supplies such as packaging materials and required tools to operate are to be on time and correct quantities to meet the proper operation of the department demand.
    8. Manage packing and shipping scheduling variances according to the Facility necessities and production demand.
    9. Carry out the Zero harm culture principles and 5's within the department effectively, meeting with improvements and maintaining all housekeeping and safety standards.
    10. To assure the correct inventory control for wood skids (pallets) used in the daily operation.
    11. Has the authority to stop any activity that endangers the quality, environment, health, or safety of any of our employees, customers, and contractors.
    12. Is responsible to maintain the packaging quality and the correct transportation of the shipped goods until the final delivery per the corresponding INCONTERM.
    13. Responsible to assure EHS, CUSTOMS, CT-PAT, and internal guidelines to protect the business interests of Siemens.

    What will you need to succeed?

    1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial engineering, or similar.
    2. Desirable minimum 1 year experience coordinating local and export shipments, packaging, and logistics process.
    3. English medium level.
    4. General pack and shipping process.
    5. Personnel management.
    6. MS-Office (Mainly Excel).
    7. SAP (Migo and relative).
    8. Export Process.
    9. Incoterms.
