    Description

    We are hiring an Order Entry Intern who will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of all order products and samples.

    What You Will Be Doing:

  • Ensure accuracy of order specification and pricing information.
  • Order archive.
  • Process sample requests.
  • Manage order and send non-orders, sample, update back requests to appropriate support personnel.
  • Work with internal customers to determine order status and disposition.
  • Review, investigate and resolve order accuracy / discrepancies / past due open orders.
  • Complete various projects and reports as requested by Area Support Manager or Manager, Customer Experience.
  • Who you are

    Required Skills or Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, or related.
  • Advanced written and oral English (95% or above)
  • To graduate in June 2025 or later.
  • Availability to work from 7am to 4pm.
  • Preferred Skills or Competencies

  • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and highly desired CRM software
  • Ability to work in minimally supervised situations and ability to handle non-standard events.
  • Ability to effectively analyze and interpret order requests to ensure accuracy of order entry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately with no direct supervision.
  • Ability to effectively organize workload to accomplish assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to recognize problems and act on them.
  • Ability to work with and understand multiple computer systems and support systems.
  • Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems through cross-functional integration.
