  • Key Responsibilities:

    As a Contracts Spclst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supply Chain, Bailment and Construction agreements drafting, generating and interpretation.
  • Corporate Policies implementation.
  • Provide training for contracting and other legal relevant topics.
  • Support Management on Special Projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory framework throughout the contracting cycle.
  • Requirements

    As a minimum you must have:

  • University degree in Law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on the legal department of an international company or law firm.
  • Bilingual (Eng-Spa)
  • Tech Savy with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
  • Microsoft 365 Suite experience (Office).
  • It would be nice if you have:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management System experience.
