We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Site Reliability Engineer.

What you'll do:

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our EY Fabric Community Engagement team who will be instrumental in enhancing our relationships with customers through our CRM solution.

This role is central to our strategy to understand our customer needs, expectations, and experiences which will drive improvements, innovations, and growth in our product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Lead and manage customer workshops and forums to gather quantifiable insights, feedback, and expectations.
Analyze and interpret feedback data, translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for our product teams, and assist with integrating these insights into the product roadmap.
Collaborate with the Product Management and Development teams to ensure customer needs are at the forefront of product development.
Facilitate customer feedback loops for ongoing awareness of customer sentiments and needs, ensuring feedback is translated into operational efficiency and product improvement.
Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction metrics and customer retention rates.
Proactively share customer insights and trends with internal stakeholders, helping to inform business decisions and strategy.
