- Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, translating them into clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with diverse groups.
- Conduct in-depth and data-driven analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models for process solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations on technical feasibility and business impact.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and manage multiple engineering projects within the program lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (i.e. Data Science, Political Science, Economics) Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand end-to-end processes from an aerial view
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical concept, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or Loop).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, CBAP) are a plus.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, engineering, and/or program/project management, preferably within a technology-driven or engineering-focused environment.
- Experience with various software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including Agile methodologies.
- Subject matter expertise with AI softwares and practical implementation within the workplace
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects or programs.

JD: We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented Business Transformation Specialist to help optimize processes across our engineering support teams. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, technical understanding, and strong program management capabilities.
