The Opportunity


Part of the Breaktrough innovation team, our mission is dedicated to uncovering a new source of value for the company (new product venture, business model and go to market ).

Lead the modeling of new market opportunities (market analysis, lean product development and business model generation), The role is dedicated to the modeling and growth of an internal SaaS project, from design of the product & platform, to its running and the acquisition and retention of users.


Responsibilities:


Your Impact
As The Business Innovation Manager your scope will consist of:

  • Set the strategy to to drive acquisition, engage users, and retain customers
  • Execute a growth strategy to user acquisition, engagement and retention;
  • Set achievable user growth goals and then set about making them happen
  • Focus on data collection and analytics tools to deliver a baseline for what's happening on our SaaS;
  • Explore, test and set multichannel strategy to improve the process of sustainable growth, mainly:
awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, referral and revenue;

  • Understand what really impacts a company's growth from both a product and marketing perspective;
  • Design & manage products roadmap;
  • Increase the sales opportunities

Education:


Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience for a start ups / SaaS / ecommerce companies as part of the growth and / or product team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large volumes of data (funnel analysis, acquisition and retention Kpis)
  • Experience in business model creation, forecasting and P/L management (from early stage to scale up products)
  • Expertise in agile and lean methodologies for project development (MVP / pivot / SCRUM minded)
  • Previous experience in new product launches and/or entrepreneurship
  • Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Incredibly performance and resultsoriented
  • Extreme ownership mentality. You're constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals and cut costs, and diving deep into campaign performance metrics.
  • Adaptable to plan changes and reactive to new market opportunities
