Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement general recruitment strategies.
  • Other HR issue assist

Job requirements:


  • More than 1 year of field recruiting experience and 1 year admin team recruitment experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in recruiting operational and admin positions.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with job search (online and offline).
  • Conversational English.
