OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Supervisor is the overall in-charge in ensuring proper implementation of Good Distribution Practices.

He/She ensures proper supervision, coaching, mentoring and observance of performance management system, Oversees receiving of finished goods and other activities, this includes product arrangement during arrival, picking of booked orders, fulfillment of orders (after picking) and invoicing in the system.

Ensures that records in the inventory system are aligned with the actual stock quantity on shelf, which includes strict monitoring of products specifications such as manufacturing date and product expiration date, stock material handling, usage of material moving equipment and personnel requirements.

Adheres to teamwork in coordination with the Delivery Supervisor after completion of pick and pack of requested stock. This position has Warehouse Coordinators/ Clerk as directly reports and reports to the Logistics Manager.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with experience in warehouse management gained from pharmaceutical / distribution industry.
• Knowledgeable on Netsuite business software is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in General Luis, Brgy. Nagkaising Nayon, Novaliches, Quezon City
