Then we are looking for your experience to be part of our IT team, as an
IT Supply Chain SAP Consultant/Digital Transformation Agent in Monterrey in the Global IT Center Americas (Multiple Locations not limited to Monterrey).

This key position will serve as Digital Transformation Agent (DTA) Liaison to support the S4 HANA Rollouts in North America, the team member will be part of IT with a specific role to perform DTA activities with the opportunity to grow into and IT role within the SAP Supply Chain Execution Team.

Responsibilities

Driving the implementation of all projects related design activities within North America within the Materials Management/Warehouse Management area.
Identifying gaps between existing Materials Management/Warehouse Management. Functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close them
Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes
Taking on the role of a Process Expert in Accounting (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template)
Taking on the role of a subproject manager for the relevant process domain in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals
Training Key-Users at the ZF site
Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site
Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks
Ensuring proper business execution after Go-Live of SAP ERP template
Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions

Skills

Extensive process experience in Materials Management/Warehouse Management.
Good functional SAP experience in Materials Management/Warehouse Management. Including the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules
Solid experience in large SAP programs and project implementations.
Able to analyze and solve issues with a solutionoriented approach
Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide
Fluent English language skills
IT experience is a plus in the area Materials Management/Warehouse Management.
