    **Job Title:** Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

    **Overview:** Plexus, a leading company in manufacturing excellence, seeks an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

    **Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Lead the determination of non-conformance and customer complaints through containment, root cause, corrective action, and audits.
    • Ensure product compliance to customer specifications and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and documentation.

    **Requirements:**

    • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in quality assurance or a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
    • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
