Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and publish engaging content on a daily basis, including but not limited to videos, photos, and infographics
• Manage social media accounts and communities, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
• Monitor and report on social media metrics and KPIs to ensure we are meeting our goals
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Maintain relationships with social media influencers and content creators
• This is remote position and must have efficient time management

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a B2C environment
• Expertise in using social media apps and platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
• Excellent knowledge of pop culture trends and how to incorporate them into social media strategies
• Experience managing social media campaigns on dating apps is a plus
• Active presence on social media platforms
• Knowledge of social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on social media metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Exprerience using dating apps is a plus
• Active on social media is a plus
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally is a plus

Salary:
