    • 100% Scholarship for all dependent children, as long they pass admission tests. (Scholarship does not cover institutional fees, school uniforms, books, supplies and PTA charges)
    • Salary in MXN monthly before tax.
    Job Description:

    Are you an enthusiastic MYP teacher interested in a chance to transition into a leadership position?

    General objective of the position:

    • Play a pivotal role in guiding the development, implementation, and enhancement of the curriculum for grades 6-12.
    • This task involves meticulous planning, coordination, and cooperation with various stakeholders to guarantee a smooth integration of the MYP framework into our educational programs.
    • Lead and oversee the execution of the Middle Years Programme (MYP) within the assigned section.
    • The incumbent must fulfill the following duties:

      • Lead the creation, review, update, and implementation of the Upper School curriculum.
      • Ensure alignment with national and international standards and best educational practices.
      • Curriculum Development: Develop and execute engaging lesson plans aligned with the middle/high school curriculum and educational standards. Integrate innovative teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
      • Individualized Instruction: Tailor instruction to cater to the varied needs of students and ensure all learners achieve their full potential. Collaborate with special education staff to assist students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
      • Technology Integration: Integrate educational technology tools and resources to enrich the learning experience. Foster digital literacy skills and responsible technology usage among students.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, including grade-level teams and subject-area departments, to exchange best practices and promote a unified educational experience.
      • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational research, trends, and pedagogical approaches.
      • Extracurricular Involvement: Actively engage in or lead extracurricular activities, clubs, or committees that contribute to the overall school community.
      • Continual Self-Reflection: Employ reflective practices to consistently evaluate and enhance teaching methods and classroom effectiveness.
      • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to school policies, procedures, and professional ethical standards.
