As a Talent Management Consultant, you will create experiences that unleash our people to be their best and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by focusing on talent strategy, programs and people processes that elevates the employee experience and helps drive strategic business initiatives.


The scope of these people processes include performance management, talent review, succession planning, mentoring and engagement programs and are executed in close partnership with cross functional teams such as HR Business Partners, Learning + Development, and communications to create enterprise wide, scalable solutions that allows us to thrive together across cities, countries, and continents.


In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design, develop and implement talent strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead the design and change management transformation process while closely collaborating with the appropriate HR partners to create and implement enterprise wide, scalable solutions focused on the user experience (UX) across all global geographies.
  • Build robust roadmaps in partnership with learning + development to integrate talent management programs into learning + development framework/offerings that address skill gaps and promote employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of performance management framework to enhance teammate performance, productivity, engagement, and career development.
  • Assist in the design and oversee the performance appraisal process as well as provide guidance on goal setting, feedback/coaching, and development plans.
  • Lead, manage and administer Talent Management programs including leadership assessments, onboarding new hires, new managers onboarding, mentoring, 360 feedback survey, recognition/engagement programs, etc.
  • Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for opportunity areas and continual improvement.
  • Oversee relationships with external talent management vendors to develop and deliver robust, sustainable solutions.
  • Research and recommend external HR talent management solutions to stay current on external trends and best practices to maximize talent management effectiveness.

  • High sense of urgency and ability to multitask with an attention to detail, confidentiality, and technical procedures.
  • Strong learning agility, enjoys and excels in environments where he/she must tackle and solve new and increasingly complex strategic business challenges.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, may not always have the answers but partners with others to solve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, HRIS and talent management software. High proficiency in Microsoft excel.

Years and Type of Experience:

  • Seasoned experience in talent management/process and employee experience program design, execution and implementation
  • Thorough knowledge of human resources practices including organizational design, talent management, and culture/change management.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in human resources positions, preferably with global exposure
  • Minimum 5 years project management
  • 5+ years in Talent Management capacity
