    Amazon looking for a motivated Reverse Logistics Manager who will lead Returns experience program for Amazon Logistics.

    This position has to be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams, have a passion for data analysis, and process improvement based on metrics.


    A successful candidate will be highly analytical, customer-focused and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

    The manager will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results with the highest standards in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure.
    • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
    • Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal.
    • Cross functional coordination and alignment between stakeholders.
    • Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders.

    Mexico City, DIF, MEX

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Completed Bachelor's degree.
    • 2+ years of work experience working in Transportation and/or Logistics.
    • 2+ years of experience working in operations.
    • Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements and drive solutions.
    • English fluency.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an innate understanding of presenting data to different levels of leadership and sections of the organization.
    • Experience in reverse logistics operations.
    • Experience in process improvement tools.
    • Data analyst and SQL knowledge.
    • Continuous improvement experience.
