Position Overview

As a Customer Training Specialist, your primary objective is to guarantee an exceptional experience for our customers in every interaction with our suite of products and services.

This includes ensuring a high-quality experience during the initial training post-sale and providing continuous coaching for users at all levels throughout their engagement with the client.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proficient in developing, overseeing, and presenting training sessions through online training tools.
  • Skilled in producing customeroriented training videos.
  • Capable of providing training in various formats, including individual sessions, group sessions, webinars, and facetoface interactions.
  • Able to seamlessly transition training interactions into potential lead generation opportunities when appropriate.
  • Emphasis on user education and promoting the adoption of products/services.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for professional development, customer user workshops, or corporate meetings.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes.

Required Experience/Skills:


  • Customercentric approach with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • 1+ years of experience as training specialist
  • Advanced English level
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills, coupled with high energy and the ability to be assertive while maintaining respect.
  • Resourceful, organized, and exhibits a professional demeanor.
  • Understanding and appreciation of change management aspects, emphasizing the drive for adoption and adherence.
  • Proficiency in an additional language, particularly Portuguese and French, at a professional level, is highly desirable.
