The Role

• Own day-to-day operations across Mexico: supply chain, warehousing, distribution, retail, and after-sales
• Build and scale inbound logistics, inventory management, and last-mile delivery

Fully own operational infrastructure from ground up with differentiated product, turning high-level goals into functioning systems. Work closely with CEO/senior leadership as you scale operations from zero tens thousands vehicles per year., strengthen existing processes , establish new KPIs reporting Improving unit economics cost control efficiency hire/lead teams coordinate cross-border execution US international suppliers manage workflows.',
