    Joining Freudenberg: A World of Opportunity

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Source and procure approved goods/services from nominated vendors, ensuring seamless purchase order management.
    2. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the supply chain to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    3. Manage inventory levels of critical raw materials and develop effective replenishment schedules to meet production demands.
    4. Develop and support the development of comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives.
    5. Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual benefit.
    6. Design, improve, standardize, and implement documents that streamline processes and enhance data integrity.
    7. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across all systems, maintaining the highest standards of quality and control.
    8. Update and maintain purchase order information, guaranteeing transparency and accountability throughout the procurement process.
    9. Coordinate review meetings with multiple functions, facilitating open communication and collective decision-making.
    10. Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely ordering of production components and optimal inventory levels.
    11. Work closely with Warehouse teams to identify space requirements, optimize storage capacity, and reduce waste.
    12. Partner with Customer Service to ensure accurate customer/item setup and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
    13. Coordinate with Corporate Supply Chain for pricing setup, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    14. Collaborate with Finance and Marketing when corrections/adjustments are required, guaranteeing timely resolution and minimal disruption.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum [X] years of industry-relevant professional experience.
    • Relevant certifications, system experience, and training that demonstrate expertise and commitment to excellence.
    • Professional-level English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
