Master Scheduler

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
5 years experience in similar role preferred
Advanced English

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain master production schedule based on history and Marketing sales input.
Schedule demand from customer (external and internal) against the Master Schedule.
Work with CSR/Engineering to support new product development.
Provide customer support with order changes, lead time inquiries, expedites, and order status updates.
Maintain and publish product lead times for responsible product lines on weekly basis.
Develop and maintain planning parameters of materials for product lines managed.
Schedule Engineer to Order requirements with Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing.
Manage material shortages, backlogs, quality issues by rearranging the production schedule.
Utilize Rough Cut Capacity Planning to refine schedule based on capacity/lead time constraints against forecast and booked orders.
Assist in the resolution of MRP and Planning discrepancies
