    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing excellent customer service to employees, including assistance with cafeteria and transportation services;
      • ">
    • Serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns;
      • ">
    • Supporting the generation of a better work environment;
      • ">
    • Assisting with operational support;
      • ">
    • Maintaining open communication within the plant;
      • ">
    • Ensuring compliance with all security and health processes;
      • ">
    • Participating in incident investigations related to occupational health and safety; and
      • ">
    • Being available for on-call shifts.

        Requirements

        To be successful in this role, you will have:

        • A strong understanding of HR principles and practices;

        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

        • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

        • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

        • Proficiency in photo and video editing software;

        • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;

        • High school diploma or equivalent required;

        • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred;

        • Prior experience in HR or a related field desired but not necessary.
