This position Provides partnership with Learning & Development Specialists to develop Learning solutions and experiences that support and enable our business objectives, generates L&D materials, ensures high quality standards and deliverables according to project timelines and objectives.

Location of the role - Querétaro, Mx - hybrid

Reports to:
Specialist, Global Learning Production


Peer Relationships:
Associates, Learning Production


Main clients/contacts:
Specialists, Learning & Development, Global KLC Admin (Kellogg Learning Center), External Vendors.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
-
Work closely with L&D Specialists to develop Learning solutions and experiences that support and enable our business objectives.

Develop end-to-end L&D solutions and experiences (both web based and instructor led) through effective planning, corporate training principles, content design and communication, this includes production of: e-learnings, in-person sessions, videos, animations, branding, job aids and guides, online resources, learning paths, etc.

Adhere to tight project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are submitted on time.

Coordinate vendors when needed (production and comms agencies, translations) - brief, production guidance and feedback, employer brand guidelines, review work to ensure quality of deliverables, manage administrative guidelines, purchase orders and payment process

Coordinate team's efforts with the KLC Admin Team (Kellogg Learning Center) - be able to provide SCORM and technical details for e-learnings to function in LMS environments

Perform continuous analysis of existing tools, software, new technologies and identify improvement opportunities


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, instructional design/technology, digital animation/production.
  • Advanced knowledge of the following programs: Elearning production: Articulate, Storyline, Rise

Graphic Design:
Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Video production:
After Effects, Audio: Audition.

  • Strong MS Office Power Point
  • Advanced knowledge of elearning standards and production (e.g. SCORM), graphics, branding, video and audio, to be able to generate L&D materials (both web based and instructor led).
  • Fluent English must
