    Birdman, a leading plant-based food and supplements company based in Mexico, is dedicated to promoting healthier and more sustainable lifestyles through its delicious and nutritious products.

    The Role:

    As an HR Recruiting Analyst, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing the recruitment processes to attract top talent and meet the organization's hiring needs.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to the final selection of candidates.
    • Analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of talent acquired.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative strategies to optimize recruitment.
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates across various platforms and channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
    • Maintain and build relationships with educational institutions, associations, and other key talent sources.
    • Develop and maintain an updated database of potential candidates (talent pipeline).
    • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, assessments, and psychometric tests to ensure alignment with job requirements.
    • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, providing clear recommendations based on evaluations.
    • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure information is consistently updated.
    • Generate regular reports on the status of vacancies and the performance of recruitment strategies.
    • Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
    • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and professional social networks (LinkedIn, OCC, etc.).
    • Ability to administer and interpret psychometric tests.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems is preferable.

    Desirable Requirements:

    • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
    • Professional HR certifications.
