Responsible for providing quality legal service to businesses oriented to Nemak objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Financing projects, such as bond issuances and credit lines
All procurement contracts and collection disputes with focus on particularly complex cases
Draft of yearly reports such as the sustainability report, notes to the audited financial statements, report to BMV.
Mexico and global corporate secretary (excluding NSAB)
Advice to daytoday operations that are essential to facilitate the flow of the company's business processes.
Increase involvement in Sales contracts and disputes,
HSE issues
Compliance functions

Position Requirements

Master's degree (Law and Master's degree required, LL.M.)
Advanced English Professional
At least 5 years of professional practice in corporate law required, either in a company or law firm
