Bachelor in Mecanical engineering
English intermedium
Hands on maintenance engineer
Create and update maintenance work instructions.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times for each task.
Execute Corrective and preventive Maintenance Routines for Extrusion Molding Machines, Downstream equipment, (desired : vulcanizing rubber, using ovens of Salt, Hot Air, Microwave ovens).
Encourage World Class Manufacturing activities (Planned Maintenance/ Autonomous Maintenance)
Provide trainings on Autonomous Maintenance and maintenance routine to production team members
Ensure, together to the Safety network, the fulfilment of the Group Directives regarding Health & Safety and Safety of buildings and installations in its scope.
Define standards regarding the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for maintenance and participate to the sourcing of Maintenance spare parts suppliers.
Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs (TRP, breakdown %, MTTR, MTBF), maximizing equipment availability for production.
Act to improve the reliability of equipments (backups implementation)
Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical aspect.
Pilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by Operation Manager.
Prepare & present Kaizen Cards.
