PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Logistics Manager scope:
  • Assure proper H&S disciplines, initiatives, and compliance for a safety environment of operations. Provide and maintain a safe working environment, proactively address issues with his team
  • Constant and daily focus on health & safety events with a strong desire to eliminate risks at the source
  • Overseas and followed the logistic operation, execution of processes and controls. Ensure that proper logistics service is supplied, productivity attained, and efficiency reached
  • Coordinate the scheduling and receiving of intracompany manufactured and vendor products and/or parts and supplies
  • Establish and supervise maintenance of complete and accurate inventory records of production materials and supplies.
  • Prepare a departmental Master plan and Balance Score Card (KPI) and ensure the achievement of their targets.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews (evaluation), set individual objectives (PMP), and identify employee training requirements
  • Prepare, review and manage the operational budget as well as the quarterly budget forecast
  • Responsible for receiving inventory and properly storing materials and packaging to the appropriate locations.
  • Establish, implement or maintain strong processes, such as BRPMS, PSP, GET, TPM, GEMBA, and ISO9000, that are in line with organizational requirements to achieve quality right the first time.
  • Responsible for master data accuracy, engineering changes management, and information reports.
  • Check for material shortages and confer with Engineering on material substitutions and changes.
  • Coordinate with his team and colleagues to resolve issues related to operations or production.
  • Assure that parts will be on time at our facility based on the delivery schedule
  • Plan scheduling and sequence to ensure an adequate flow of material through our production phases.
  • Assure lean process and continuous improvement within material operations. Overseeing all logistics operations and striving to eliminate tasks that do not add value (flawless execution)
  • Maintain an exceptional level of cleanliness in all areas of your responsibilities (Senor de la casa)
  • Responsible of process optimization in the Materials Dpt. Functions.
  • Implement BRPMPS Corporate Program in his department
  • Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 201
  • Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
  • Encourages his team and colleagues to work cross functionally, and not stop at the boundaries of their job deEscrituraion
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Logistics Plant Manager
