    ACSI covers customers needs of the services we are providing alongside our partners, it is important to have soft and hard skills to achieve our goals looking to increase client satisfaction in the short and mid terms.

    These are some of the skills you might require;
    SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS
    • Public speaking
    • Organizational skills.
    • Professional client facing personal presentation.
    • Professional demeanor towards clients, coworkers and the company
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
    • The ability to fluidly adapt to changes according to client and company needs.
    • Collaborative skills are essential for working with other trainers, managers, and departments within the call center
    • Familiarity with the technology used in the call center, including productivity suites such as MS Office, Google Docs, call management systems and other relevant software.
