Paid Media Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Media Manager to enhance our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will oversee paid digital initiatives across various platforms, aiming to elevate the marketing strategies for our clients. A background in both traditional and digital paid media is essential, along with a creative approach to problem-solving. The ideal individual is eager to learn and committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Formulate and execute paid media plans across diverse channels, including PPC, display ads, and social media promotions.
· Oversee campaigns from initial concept through to execution, managing budget forecasts, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
· Perform market analysis and competitor assessments to uncover trends and opportunities, facilitating the development of new growth strategies and media approaches to enhance advertising effectiveness.
· Evaluate and interpret campaign performance using various analytical tools, providing regular updates and optimization suggestions.
· Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as creative, content, and web development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals, maintaining brand integrity and campaign success.
· Keep abreast of the latest trends in the industry and emerging digital media technologies to implement best practices in advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:
Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
· Demonstrated experience in managing paid media, ideally within an agency or corporate setting.
· Proven success in handling large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering strong return on investment.
· Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display, Search, and other advertising platforms.
· Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business & Ads Manager.
· Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to decode complex data and generate actionable insights.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects effectively.
