At HARMAN Automotive, we are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including cleaning, utilities, and other related tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Following up on tasks commissioned by the supervisor.
• Monitoring cleaning assistants in assigned areas.
• Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Supervising technical services and work orders.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed and necessary permits are obtained.
• Validating work done and ensuring high-quality and safe execution.
• Answering emergency calls and informing supervisors of daily activities and pending tasks.
• Reporting risk situations and anticipating spare part purchases.
• Participating in quality and EHSS systems management.

Requirements include:

• Leadership, integrity, innovation, inclusion, teamwork & respect, excellence.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities technician or leader.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Availability of time.
• Understanding of electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, and cooling systems.
• Knowledge of medium voltage, electrical installations, pneumatics, compressors, and plumbing.
• Residence in areas close to the company.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, electric, electronic systems schematics, and technical manuals.
