PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Procurement Associate is in charge of processing and managing work package activities for a dedicated Region/Site/Project within Procurement organization.

  • First delivery followup for materials (First Article Inspection (FAI) or not)
  • Project Cost: Costed Bill Of Materials (BOM) report (currently tools used: Total At Completion (TAC) or Estimated At Completion (EAC))

Project documentation

  • Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) documentation storage
  • CDRL documentation followup with supplier

Through the Project Execution phase:

  • Gathering and consolidating the technical documentations for a project
  • Followup the documentation deliveries according to the planning from the supplier (Design For Quality
  • DFQ) or Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL)

  • PIR (Purchase Info Record) Mass upload file preparation / PIR creation
  • Any other tasks related to Procurement support as requested by the Team Leader

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements_

  • University degree preferable in General Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing/Sourcing

  • From beginner to 3 years of experience depending on the work packages to be performed

Desirable:


  • Professional certification in sourcing, purchasing or procurement is a plus.
  • Purchasing, experiences preferred, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Have an interest in IT tools (e.g. SAP ARIBA)
