Senior Trade Compliance Leader with extensive experience supporting import and export operations to ensure compliance with regulations in Mexico, the United States, and other foreign countries. Contributes to trade process development for government licenses, permits, certifications, and technology release determinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits related to customs trade compliance.
• Review logistics procedures and implement them properly.
• IDentify areas of opportunity for departmental objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade regulations including Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) that minimize duties paid on import/export transactions. Demonstrated expertise in classification of goods according to tariff schedules is also required.
