Strategic Sourcing Manager Jr. (Facilities Services Category)
We are looking for enthusiastic people who work as a team and who function easily in dynamic environments.

About you:

If you like working in the communication and entertainment industry and have experience carrying out fixed asset accounting analyst activities, you could contribute to us.

Your activities will be:

Develop the sourcing strategy in order to select the best national and international suppliers that offer the best prices, seeking to contribute to the company's results.
Analyze the categories assigned to the purchasing area, establishing the execution of best practices in specific indirect or direct categories, to achieve current market standards.
Carry out negotiation strategies to consolidate the closing and document the process.
Carry out supply strategies, analyzing information to maintain the supplier registration process.
Check risk mitigation, inspecting processes in accordance with policies and procedures (control points) of assigned purchases.
Seek important savings for the company that are mainly reflected as a decrease in EBITDA
Compile and follow up with legal and users in order to obtain contracts that have clauses that cover or mitigate risks to the group of assigned operations

If you have:

Bachelor ́s Degree in Business Administration. Marketing, International Business
3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement of facilities services
Advanced Knowledge of Excel
Experience working with an ERP (Oracle, SAP)
Advanced conversational business English
Knowledge of 7Step Strategic Sourcing Process
Savings greater than 5% of what was negotiated
