Responsibilities:


  • Monitor shipments
  • Update reports and system, e.g. loads picked up, deliveries, time of events, comments of requests, etc
  • Track and Trace and planning loads (when required)
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Customer service
  • Reporting for specific accounts.
Basic Qualifications

  • Highschool degree
  • Computersavvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Analytical
  • Multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Onthefly prioritization
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as logistics coordinator
Knowledge of transport laws and regulations
