What challenge will you face?
Achieve the sales budget (increase in sales). Define strategies that encompass all stakeholders involved to achieve an increase in sales, patient acquisition, retention, and budget control. Design and perform the digital strategy with tenhage usage of company platforms and external tools (when available) including AI. All this for Immunology and Neurology business units.
Remember:
At least 2-3 years of experience as Jr. Product Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry mandatory, Preferred previous experience like Sales Representative in high specialty.
Knowledge in pharmaceutical regulations budget management, sales strategies, revenue, and data analytics, government market (IMSS, ISSSTE), technology (example Artificial Intelligence) and understand in depth HCPs needs.
Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution, excellence in written and verbal communications.English fluent
