As Lead Data Solutions Developer, you will help lead the evolution of our data-driven decision making at scale across the company.

This role will be responsible for building, maintaining and supporting data warehousing solutions with an emphasis on creating automated and/or algorithmic approaches that reduce or replace manual effort.

You will be instrumental in ensuring access to clean, consistent and logical data to stakeholders in a wide variety of roles.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain scalable scheduled jobs to extract, load and transform data, in addition to troubleshooting and fixing problems with existing processes using a modern tech stack that includes Airflow, Snowflake, and AWS
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with them in gathering requirements, gaining business context, and completing projects endtoend
Build and maintain data models, experiments, algorithms and related business and financial reporting logic
Production support required on a rotational basis
Mentor and coach more junior team members
Transform lowvalue datasets into highly structured and consistent data models for use by analysts, data scientists and reporting tools
Develop scalable, efficient, and automated processes and data pipelines, in addition to diagnosing and debugging problems with existing structures
Make recommendations to improve technical systems and infrastructure

Who You Are
years of technology background are desired, preferably in data/analytics, and at least some programming experience required

Advanced SQL skills are required
Scripting skills in 1 or 2 languages (BASH/Python/JavaScript)
Experience with Cloud OLAP database platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery.
Familiarity with ETL\ELT processes and common data transformation techniques (e.g. normalization and denormalization, string parsing, primary key generation)
Experience with version control software such as Git
Experience pulling data from an API using Python and Airflow (or similar technology)
Experience in dimensional data modeling
Exposure to Amazon Web Services, or Linux command
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, business, computer science) or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus
Quantitative mindset and passion for data
Able to deal with ambiguity and problemsolve independently
Selfstarter: able to succeed and have an impact with mínimal direction
Ambitious, selfmotivated, and goaloriented
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
