- Learn the basics of Compensation and Benefits at Signify
- Compile and present data in manner suitable to the audience.
- Create spreadsheets of the market and other data to support analysis.
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends related to compensation and benefits.
- Learn about employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings and leave of absence policies
- Assist with benefits-related audits, employee benefits and other special projects.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong desire to gain experience in Human Resources with a focus in Total Reward (Compensation and Benefits)
- Effective communication (Spanish and English both written and verbal)
- Excel/Powerpoint proficiency
- Analytical, and an interest in working with numbers

As a Rewards Intern you'll be responsible for supporting the analysis of Compensation and Benefits Programs at Signify. This internship is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills in a real world HR environment. The position develops and performs in-depth review, analysis, and interpretation of various forms of Total Reward (primarily compensation and benefits data) to identify trends, help resolve discrepancies, and improve the quality of data and management information.
