Who We Are

Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce in Latin America with its ecosystem of eCommerce infrastructure services.

We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to integrate our technology with theirs and fulfill the order end-to-end with independent workers who pick, pack and deliver from the retailers asset (store, warehouse, dark stores etc) to the final customer.

In addition, we can modularize our tech given the retailers needs. We are obsessed with helping brands and retailers improve their eCommerce direct channels experience, reduce costs and improve EBITDA.


We have achieved aggressive growth in 4 years operating in 6 countries: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica and completing over 10 million jobs in our platform.

Today we serve 80+ customers, have thousand of gig workers engaged in our platform and operate in thousand of stores.

We're looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building new and different projects.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze, create and execute strategies to improve NPS and ON TIME for final clients
  • Own and improve operational KPIs like NPS, training score, churn of users
  • Convert raw data into insights to improve user retention and customer satisfaction
  • Build new operational processes to improve our service
  • Work crossfunctionally with the multifunctional team in Mexico
  • Deliver on key metrics to enable growth

The Skills and Experience You Will Bring

  • 1 3 years of fulltime work experience in operations
  • 1+ years of experience in gig economy platforms or logistics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, international relations or similar degrees
  • Data driven with ability to pull numbers to drive decisions
  • Being located in Culiacán, Mexico

  • Analizar, crear y ejecutar estrategias para mejorar NPS y ON TIME para clientes finales
  • Poseer y mejorar los KPI operativos como NPS, puntuación de formación, rotación de usuario
  • Convertir los datos en información para mejorar la retención de usuarios y la satisfacción del cliente

  • Trabajar interfuncionalmente con el equipo multifuncional en México

Qué experiência y habilidades aportarás

  • 1 3 años de experiência laboral a tiempo completo en operaciones
  • 1+ años de experiência en plataformas de gig economy o logística
  • Licenciatura o equivalente en administración de empresas, marketing, relaciones internacionales o títulos similares
  • Impulsado por datos con capacidad de sacar números para impulsar decisiones
  • Estar ubicado en Culiacán, México
