    Job Purpose

    This position will be an active partner in the development and execution of business strategy and will set clear financially focused targets for the business, provide forward looking financial leadership and will focus on value creation by providing insights to drive decisions and results. In this role, you will be member of the business leadership team for CASC Mexico and Food Solutions Mexico, and you will build and leverage resources across the integrated finance and business teams, approach work with a global perspective, build credibility and trust across multiple stakeholder groups and provide necessary financial rigor and analytics. #LI-TH1 #LI-Hybrid

    Key Accountabilities

  • Provide financial leadership to the business to drive value within business (stretch targets), translating insights into business performance against competitor and industry trends to help leadership focus on the most critical risks and opportunities.
  • Support new business activities and issue resolution, and lead all reporting, planning, and forecasting processes, and enhancing scenario strategic planning analysis.
  • Partner with finance and business/functional stakeholders to play an active role in enhancing connectivity and communication.
  • Manage and coach teams to develop the knowledge and skills required to build the financial planning and analysis expertise and empower the team to drive results.
  • Employ advanced modeling skills that bring new perspectives to the business. Establish performance metrics to drive strategy execution.
  • You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

  • Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Confirmed ability to develop long term strategic plans.
  • Strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Quick learner, excellent influencing, and persuasive skills.
  • Experience with design, development, and implementation of value-added business analytics.
  • Experienced in motivating teams for high performance.
  • Solid and proven related work experience

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree or other post-secondary degree in business or finance
  • Solid and proven team management experience
  • Relevant experience in industry
  • Advanced English level
