    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Head of Medical Human Resources who will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that support organizational goals.

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop human resources strategies and policies aligned with business objectives;
    • Identify areas for improvement in talent management and propose initiatives to drive employee engagement;

    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (English 90%), strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to human resources, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, knowledge of SAP System,
