    Descripción

    This role is responsible for accurately assigning tariff classifications and commercial identification numbers, as well as maintaining and updating IDM, PRISMA, AGILE systems. It also involves notifying non-tariff regulations and restrictions applicable to goods.

    Support in administering the inventory control system Annex 24 and Annex 30, reviewing and analyzing reconciliation processes between system data and ERP/physical inventory recorded by plants.

    Participate in projects and initiatives related to global trade compliance operations, improving and developing processes necessary to remain compliant with existing and changing government regulations. Identify and resolve issues in coordination with relevant resources and assess internal escalation needs.

    Key Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Review daily OPEN DEMAND listings
    • Update CARTA PORTE codes in ONE CORE on a daily basis
    • Review WORQUEUES on a regular basis
    • Process daily ranking requests
    • Classify products with Virtual Suppliers
    • Classify products with GPO EI LAREDO - ACUITY
    • Implement the new PRISMA inventory control system
    • Publish updated KPIs for suppliers
    • Maintain Annex 24 inventory control system
    • Review product classifications in AGILE

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as Trade Compliance Analyst or similar field
