Important international construction and architectural company is seeking:


  • Head of Operations_

Requirements:


  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Personnel supervision and optimal development
  • Weekly reports to management on team development
  • Setting goals and leadership for team members to achieve objectives
  • Creation and management of improvement processes
  • Leading and supervising operations and various activities that have a direct impact within the organization by directing teams to complete their tasks while ensuring their quality.
  • Project coordination and ensuring delivery times
  • Coordination of productivity improvement projects.
  • Time and motion studies.
  • Planning and coordinating activities within their own department and resolving operational issues.

Objectives:


  • Ensure optimal performance of work teams
  • Followup and support management in achieving organizational objectives

Requirements:


  • Industrial engineering, process engineering, or related field
  • 17+ years of experience in organizational process improvement
  • Corporate leadership
  • Advanced English
  • Continuous improvement and quality software
  • Knowledge of ISO and time optimization
