International SOS is seeking a Telemedicine Physician to join our team in Mexico City. This role requires providing professional assistance services to clients who contact the Response Center, adhering to the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic and high-quality service to company clients
• Receive and assess relevant medical calls from clients
• Gather logistical, medical, and collateral histories related to the medical event/incident
• Offer telephone medical evaluation and consultationto designated patients worldwide

To be successful in this role, you will need customer focus skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. You must also have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
