This individual is part of the Customer Solutions Squads within SAP chapter team for North America and Latin America, part of the IT & Data for the Americas organization. This organization is designed using Agile framework, and therefore will manage various products for OTC/Sales. The SAP system owner will work with the product owner to deliver value on the products, both through maintenance and enhancements. The position will be hybrid (remote work with requirements to be in our office in Mexico City two days per week). Key responsibilities: · Coordinate activities of SAP chapter members, based on the priorities defined by the product owner; · Support Design phase activities – analyzing business requirements, formalizing and documenting requirements, follow-up for open questions, risks and issues; · Perform standard SAP customizing for sales processes, running unit tests, fixing bugs · Set up interfaces between SAP & satellite systems such as external CRM solutions or EDI to customers; · Adapt system to specific business requirements (identification of gaps, creation of functional designs, support back-office team of developers with functional knowledge and test examples); · Adapt existing test scenarios and supporting Key Users to run end to end process tests in SAP test environment; · Solve cross-functional questions and test issues with other domain teams; · Prepare system for go-live and perform active go-live & post go-live support, prepare & run handovers to support teams; · Support end users on SAP systems incidents and enhancements.

Acerca de ti

Must have · At least 3 years of experience leading a team (assigning tasks, performing performance reviews, · At least 10 years of experience in the technology related field (or experience as SD key user combined with a minimum of 5 years of technical experience: customizing, writing specifications, · Experience of SAP implementation projects with SAP SD, at least 4 projects (deployment or core solution design) as an SD consultant working with SAP SD functionality & processes · Ability to manage complex problems · Fluent English Nice to have · SAP integration knowledge with Ecommerce systems (B2B or B2C) · Experience with idocs (inbound, outbound) · Experience with SCP (SAP Cloud Platform) · Experience with tax localization in Mexico (CFDI) and/or Brazil (Nota Fiscal)
