About you:

  • Develop procedures and documents needed for Quality management system and supervise & report performance in Quality indicators and related processes.
  • Support identification, prioritization and timely resolution of problems related to quality in the strip stamp lines and/or materials of strategic suppliers.

About the role:

  • Review and implement improvements in procedures for quality assurance in the different stages on the main process.
  • Ability to learn new processes, methods, and materials to adapt to changes and offer continuous improvements to the process.
  • Schedule inspections that contribute to ensuring the quality, safety, and conformity of the finish product.
  • Safe to make decisions or bring up problems that cannot be resolved as well as support TPL quality personnel with the authorities of their roles.
  • Ensure that awareness of customer requirements is promoted at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop training programs and audits in order to improve performance an avoid customer rejections.
  • Manage the treatment of nonconforming product and claims for product quality in the market.
  • Weekly report of the KPI's applicable to the processes.
  • Knowledge in liquid packaging processes and packaging materials
  • Have skills of Leadership, Effective communication, Teamwork, Ability to influence the parties involved, Selfdirected, resultsoriented, good interpersonal communication.
  • Bachelor degree in any of the areas related to Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related career.
  • Proven experience in a similar job, ability to search information in various media.
  • Knowledge of MS Office package (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power Bi, etc.)
  • Spanish and English proficient
  • Desirable that it has some of the following characteristics:
  • Certifications in IS0 9001, 22000 o FSSC22000
  • Certification Yellow Belt o Green Belt
