Job summary
At the Latin American level growth requires automation lead key responsibilities include testing activities plans and processes for complex products or services ensuring product quality also facilitates resource planning and resolution of issues that may impede the test effort and drives continuous improvement lead identification of test scope and test environment set-up needs prepares test plans identifies relevant metrics keeps track of required effort for large initiatives hands-on experience authoring building adopting large-scale automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI functional API back-end integration including end-to-end automation experience with different test automation approaches generate review test reports act on recommendations for product or design changes drive evaluation recommendation implementation testing procedures strategies ensuring alignment to functional non-functional requirements supports identifying product quality risks based on high-level solution architecture develop trusted relationships other engineering groups business stakeholders evaluate recommend implement testing procedures products systems components modifications.
